Lead Her Ship Academy is a women-focused prophetic and evangelistic ministry committed to raising, equipping, and empowering women to walk boldly in their God-given calling. Rooted in the mandate of Joel 2:28, the ministry is dedicated to building a generation of spiritually grounded women who will impact nations through prophetic ministry, evangelism, discipleship, leadership, and Kingdom service.

We exist to nurture women into spiritually mature, purpose-driven vessels equipped to influence lives, communities, and nations for the Kingdom of God. Through mentorship, training, prayer, prophetic impartation, and evangelistic empowerment, we create an environment where women can grow in intimacy with God and fully embrace their divine assignment.

Prophetess Shade Femi Odulaja: A Prophetic Mandate for Global Harvest
Prophetess Shade Femi Odulaja (often referred to as Prophetess Shade) is a prominent Lagos-based minister, author, and girl-child advocate. She co-leads the Femi and Shade Odulaja Ministries alongside her husband, Apostle Oluwafemi Adewole Odulaja. Her ministry focuses on releasing God’s glory, winning spiritual battles, and offering consistent scriptural teachings.
She is also the president of NOSA (National Organization of Something Awesome, though its exact acronym focus varies) and is highly active in girl-child empowerment and advocacy.
